Breed standard conformation, color and pattern, cost of running an ethical and responsible cattery, and vet costs are just a few factors that help determine pricing.

* As the breeder, I reserve the rights to keep kittens for my breeding program before offering them to potential owners.

* Please note: DO NOT send any money until the proper time during the adoption process. Your money will not be refunded if you send it at an improper time or before you have all the information that is needed for you to make a proper decision.

Seller Refusal

* As the breeder, if I feel a potential home is not a safe place for one of my kitten, I reserve the right to cancel any adoption sale. 

* If a buyer has paid anything for a kitten and I refuse an adoption a full refund will be issued to said buyer.

Deposits

Deposits are $500.00 and must be paid to reserve your kitten of choice. Deposits will be taken in a first come, first serve basis with the waiting list being addressed first. The waitlist will be contacted before other potential owners. Once your deposit is received, this ensures your kitten is reserved. Deposits will be taking off of your kitten's total cost and the remaining balance is due at the time you pick your kitten up as soon they are ready to come home. 

* Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE (unless otherwise determined by the breeder). If the buyer cancels and has paid a deposit, the deposit is still nonrefundable.
